About this Recipe

Making jam at home has never been easier! While the traditional method of making jam requires sanitizing jars, canning, and obscure ingredients, our Brava small-batch refrigerator jam comes together in less than twenty minutes, no special equipment required. Simply toss strawberries with sugar, lemon zest and juice, and roast in the Brava. The result? A bright, sweet, and versatile jam. Swirl it on yogurt, toast, ice cream, or our Easy Buttermilk Biscuits with butter. It’s even delicious in a cocktail! Adjust the amount of sugar as needed—peak of season strawberries are naturally very sweet. Store the jam in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
