This Herby Greek Salmon keeps things simple and flavorful with olive oil, garlic, lemon, and a mix of fresh dill and dried oregano. It’s light, aromatic, and comes together fast—perfect on its own or served with crispy potatoes or broccolini for an easy, feel-good meal.

- 4.0 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2.0 tablespoons None
- 3.0 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1.0 count garlic clove, grated or finely chopped
- 1.5 teaspoons None
- 0.5 teaspoons
- Few pinches freshly ground black pepper
- 2.0 count
- Crushed red chili flakes and fresh lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Prep herb mixture & salmon
- In small bowl, mix dill, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, kosher salt, and few pinches of freshly cracked black pepper, set aside.
- Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Season fish on both sides with a pinch of kosher salt.
- Using your hands or a spoon, spread herb mixture over the top of the salmon and on the sides.

Prep tray & cook
- Select “Herby Greek Salmon” on the Brava touchscreen and follow on-screen instructions.
- Place salmon in indicated zone(s) on Brava Glass Tray.
- Follow on-screen instructions to insert Brava TempSensor or Wireless TempSensor, if using.
- Slide glass tray onto bottom shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.

Finish & serve
When food is done, carefully remove from glass tray. Serve with chili flakes and wedges of fresh lemon, if desired.
