Prep batter
- In mixing bowl, whisk all-purpose flour, baking flour, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
- In a blender, add banana, spinach, egg, milk, oil, and vanilla. Blend on high until well combined.
- Mix blended wet ingredients into mixing bowl with dry ingredients until well incorporated.

Cook pancakes
- Lightly spray indicated Brava Egg Tray wells with cooking spray. Pour just under ¼ cup batter into each indicated well.
- Select “Super Green Mini Pancakes” on the Brava touchscreen and follow instructions to slide egg tray into top shelf, and press green button to begin cooking.

Finish & serve
- When pancakes are done, carefully remove from egg tray and enjoy with butter and maple syrup.
- Repeat above steps with remaining batter.
