  • 8 thin slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
  • 16 asparagus spears, bottom 2 inches trimmed

    Wrap asparagus with prosciutto

    • Wrap 1 piece of prosciutto around each asparagus spear, starting just below the tip and overlapping the prosciutto until you reach the base.
    • Place prosciutto-wrapped asparagus lengthwise, seam side down and evenly spaced apart, in Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava metal tray.

    Roast asparagus

    • Slide metal tray into top shelf.
    • Select “Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus” on your Brava touchscreen and follow instructions.

    • When your food is done, arrange asparagus on serving platter. If desired, season with kosher salt.
