Brava Chef Andrew delivers the perfect marriage between American fries and Italian cheese. Crispy, salty, flavorful Parmesan French Fries are the real deal. As a note, this recipe uses frozen fries, and you can always cook fresh fries under the russet potatoes program. Enjoy with your favorite sports game or alongside a delicious barbeque.

Ingredients

  • 2.0 cups frozen ¼” fries, shoestring or traditional style
  • 0.25 cups grated parmesan (Parmigiano-Reggiano)
  • kosher salt

Instructions

  1. 1

    Prep fries and tray

    • Place frozen fries lengthwise on indicated zones of Brava metal tray.
    • Slide Metal tray into top shelf.
    • Note: you will add cheese after 15 minutes.

    Prep Parmesan

    • While fries cook, grate ¼ cup parmesan cheese.

    Add cheese

    • Once Brava notifies you, carefully remove metal tray.
    • Add cheese to the top of fries.
    • Slide metal tray into top shelf.

    Finish and serve

    • When your food is done, transfer fries to a mixing bowl. Add extra toppings, if desired. Add pinch of salt; toss well. Serve immediately.
