Ingredients

  • 2.0 count large slices sourdough bread
  • 2.0 ounces shredded mozzarella
  • 2.0 ounces shredded 4 cheese blend (or shredded mozzarella)
  • 2.0 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
  • Basil, parsley, cilantro, lemon, chili flakes (optional)
  • 2.0 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2.0 slice prosciutto (optional)
  • 2.0 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ¼ stick butter
  • kosher salt

Instructions

    Prep garlic butter

    • In small bowl, mix together finely chopped garlic, butter, and pinch of salt.
    • Add any other additions to butter. (optional)
    • Recommend basil, parsley, cilantro, lemon, chili flakes.

    Assemble sandwich

    • Evenly spread softened garlic butter on both sides of each bread slice.
    • Evenly place 1 slice of bread per sandwich down on Brava metal tray.
    • Place prosciutto, cheese and other desired ingredients on top of bread.
    • Place other slice of bread on top of cheese.

    Toast sandwich

    • Slide metal tray into bottom shelf.
    • Select “Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese Sandwich” on your Brava touchscreen and follow instructions.

    Serve

    • When your food is done, cut sandwich in half and serve.
