Ingredients
- 2.0 count large slices sourdough bread
- 2.0 ounces shredded mozzarella
- 2.0 ounces shredded 4 cheese blend (or shredded mozzarella)
- 2.0 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
- Basil, parsley, cilantro, lemon, chili flakes (optional)
- 2.0 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 2.0 slice prosciutto (optional)
- 2.0 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ¼ stick butter
- kosher salt

Prep garlic butter
- In small bowl, mix together finely chopped garlic, butter, and pinch of salt.
- Add any other additions to butter. (optional)
- Recommend basil, parsley, cilantro, lemon, chili flakes.

Assemble sandwich
- Evenly spread softened garlic butter on both sides of each bread slice.
- Evenly place 1 slice of bread per sandwich down on Brava metal tray.
- Place prosciutto, cheese and other desired ingredients on top of bread.
- Place other slice of bread on top of cheese.

Toast sandwich
- Slide metal tray into bottom shelf.
- Select “Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese Sandwich” on your Brava touchscreen and follow instructions.

Serve
- When your food is done, cut sandwich in half and serve.
