Moroccan Spiced Carrots & Cauliflower

About this Recipe
This quick and flavorful recipe gives carrots and cauliflower a Moroccan twist. Cumin, ground ginger, paprika and honey lend an aromatic and slightly sweet flavor. Bring it all together with fresh cilantro.
Ingredients
- 2.0 cups sliced carrots (1” pieces)
- 3.5 cups cauliflower florets (2” pieces)
- 1.0 count clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2.0 tablespoons honey, divided
- 1.0 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1.0 teaspoons paprika
- 1.0 teaspoons cumin
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.5 teaspoons ground ginger
- 0.25 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2.0 tablespoons cilantro, roughly chopped

Prep the vegetables
- In medium bowl, toss together carrots, cauliflower, garlic, olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, kosher salt, ground ginger, and cinnamon.
- Evenly spread carrots in Zone 1 of Brava metal tray.
- Evenly spread cauliflower in Zones 2 and 3 of metal tray.

Cook vegetables
- Select “Moroccan Spiced Carrots & Cauliflower” on the Brava touch screen and follow instructions to slide metal tray into top shelf.
- Press green button to begin cooking.

Finish & serve
- When food is done cooking in Brava, in bowl, toss carrots and cauliflower together with remaining 1 tablespoon of honey and chopped cilantro.
- Serve while warm or room temperature.
