Pumpkin Spiced Dutch Babies

About this Recipe
This classic breakfast favorite now has a great fall twist, thanks to a few dashes of pumpkin spice. Top with powdered sugar, whipped cream, or maple syrup for an easy seasonal Autumn brunch.
Ingredients
- 3.0 count eggs
- 0.75 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.75 cups milk
- 2.0 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 0.25 teaspoons
- 0.25 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Butter for serving
- Powdered sugar, maple syrup, whip cream for serving (optional)
- butter or cooking spray

Make batter
- In medium bowl, whisk eggs.
- Add flour, milk, salt, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla to eggs.

Cook dutch babies
- Lightly spray or butter wells of Brava egg tray.
- Pour about ¼ cup batter into each egg cup.
- Slide egg tray into top shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.

Serve
- When your food is done, carefully remove egg tray.
- Using a spoon, gently scoop out dutch babies and transfer to serving platter.
- Serve with butter and other favorite toppings.
- Repeat above steps with remaining batter.
