Pumpkin Spiced Dutch Babies

This classic breakfast favorite now has a great fall twist, thanks to a few dashes of pumpkin spice. Top with powdered sugar, whipped cream, or maple syrup for an easy seasonal Autumn brunch.

Ingredients

  • 3.0 count eggs
  • 0.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cups milk
  • 2.0 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.25 teaspoons
  • 0.25 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Butter for serving
  • Powdered sugar, maple syrup, whip cream for serving (optional)
  • butter or cooking spray

Instructions

    Make batter

    • In medium bowl, whisk eggs.
    • Add flour, milk, salt, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla to eggs.

    Cook dutch babies

    • Lightly spray or butter wells of Brava egg tray.
    • Pour about ¼ cup batter into each egg cup.
    • Slide egg tray into top shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.

    Serve

    • When your food is done, carefully remove egg tray.
    • Using a spoon, gently scoop out dutch babies and transfer to serving platter.
    • Serve with butter and other favorite toppings.
    • Repeat above steps with remaining batter.
