Ingredients
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
From Your Pantry
kosher salt and black pepper
butter or cooking spray

Kitchen towel or paper towels
Medium mixing bowl

Prep egg mixture
- Remove moisture from zucchini by pressing with a towel. Into a medium bowl whisk eggs, zucchini, tomatoes, and feta. Season with kosher salt and cracked black pepper.

Assemble frittatas
- Lightly butter or spray all 4 wells of the Brava Egg Tray. Distribute egg mixture evenly into 4 egg wells.

Cook frittatas
- Select “Mini Greek Frittatas” on your Brava touch screen and follow the instructions to slide tray into top shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.

Finish & serve
- When your food is done, gently scoop out Frittatas and serve while warm, or store in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
