  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

    Prep egg mixture

    • Remove moisture from zucchini by pressing with a towel. Into a medium bowl whisk eggs, zucchini, tomatoes, and feta. Season with kosher salt and cracked black pepper.

    Assemble frittatas

    • Lightly butter or spray all 4 wells of the Brava Egg Tray. Distribute egg mixture evenly into 4 egg wells.

    Cook frittatas

    • Select “Mini Greek Frittatas” on your Brava touch screen and follow the instructions to slide tray into top shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.

    Finish & serve

    • When your food is done, gently scoop out Frittatas and serve while warm, or store in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
