About this Recipe
This recipe comes to us from our very own Director of Product, Zac Selmon, who is famous for his Brava Omelette recipe. Crepes are in regular rotation in Zac’s kitchen, and with a simple ingredient list and only 2 minutes of cooking time we can see why. This recipe comes together by blending the batter before cooking crepes in batches in the Square Pan. Once cooked, enjoy crepes with fresh sliced fruit, nutella, or any of your favorite sweet fixings. If you go the savory route instead, we love goat cheese or any kind of shredded cheese, ham, herbs, or roasted veggies. This recipe yields enough batter for about 8-10 crepes.
