About this Recipe
Small enough to hold you over until your next meal, and savory enough to really hit the spot, Corn Quesadillas are the ideal snack. While corn tortillas are the original for this classic Mexican dish, flour tortillas have become more popular in northern Mexico. This recipe program has you covered for one to four quesadillas. Best enjoyed with guacamole and your favorite hot sauce or salsa, the spicier the better.
