Prep & brown butter
- Cut butter into cubes and arrange evenly across Brava Loaf Pan.
- Select “Browned Butter” on your touchscreen and follow the instructions to slide loaf pan into top shelf.
- Press green button to begin cooking.
Finish & serve
- When done, carefully pour browned butter into bowl to let cool, being sure to use a spatula to gently scrape any browned bits from the loaf pan.
- Gently stir browned butter in bowl. use immediately or store in an airtight container or wrapped in saran wrap once solidified.
