About this Recipe

If you’ve never browned butter before, let us change the game for you. Browned butter is simply butter that’s melted until the milk solids begin to brown and the butter turns into a golden and caramelized color. Browning the butter imparts a delicious savory, nutty flavor, and it’s delicious anywhere you’d typically use butter - to finish a steak, in a pasta, or even in baking recipes that call for butter for a deeper flavor. To make it, you’ll cube up butter and arrange in the Brava Loaf Pan and press the green button. Once melted, transfer to bowl to cool, stir and use immediately or store in an airtight container or wrapped in saran wrap.
