About this Recipe

Adobo Sauce is a classic sauce made all around the world. It comes in different colors, types and names but is always used as a sauce or marinade to flavor and preserve meat. This variation hits all the classic notes. The process is as easy as ever thanks to the Brava. Load up the loaf pan, press go and then blend once done. You can use it with any type of meat or as a dipping sauce for your favorite dishes. As a note, this recipe called for dried chiles - if you can’t find them in your grocery store, we’ve provided easy substitutions. Provecho!
