Crostini with Brie & Jam

by Brava Chef Annie

About this Recipe

If you aren’t familiar with crostini, they are thin toasted slices of rustic bread topped with various savory fixings. Here, sourdough bread is sliced and toasted, and the toasted crostini are topped with spoonfuls of fruit jam and slices of Brie. Bring it all together with extra virgin olive oil, flaky salt, and fresh thyme. We love fig, raspberry, or apricot jam, but use any kind you like. As a note, the Brie can be substituted for any soft, spreadable cheese, like goat cheese or Boursin.
