About this Custom Cook

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 Bag of fresh (not frozen) stir fry
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Green onion

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Slice chicken thighs into 1/4in thick slices
2. Coat chicken with small amount of olive oil
3. Add salt & pepper to chicken
4. Put chicken in zone 1 of metal pan
5. Pour stir fry into medium to large bowl
6. Toss with olive oil, salt, & pepper
7. Spread stir fry evenly in zones 2 & 3 of metal pan
8. Put metal pan on top shelf
9. After finished cooking, mix chicken, stir fry veggies, & green onion (optional) in a bowl

OPTIONAL:
1. Plate with rice
