About this Custom Cook

2 eggs
1 1/4 c milk
3/4 c loosely packed spinach
1/4 tsp salt
fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Mrs Dash seasoning or italian seasoning or 1 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, basil,thyme)
1 cup flour
1/4 c feta cheese (I used goats, but can use cows)

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender or mixer until thoroughly mixed.
2. Spread a bit of oil onto square pan.
3. Pour 1/3 cup of batter (can also use a number 10 cookie scoop) into pan and rotate till
bottom is coated.
4. Slide into top shelf and hit appropriate buttons till you get the green button, then hit go.
5. Slide onto a plate and continue with remaining batter.

Fill with your favorite soft or shredded hard cheeses, cooked meat of choice and sauteed veggies of choice, optional tomatoes, olives etc. Roll up with fillings and heat back up in brava oven. Optional top with a cheese sauce, tomato sauce, hollondaise sauce etc. Bon appetite!
