This cook is for cooking FROZEN WILD CAUGHTJUMBO sized shrimp only. Jumbo shrimp are typically about 10-15 shrimp to the pound. Do not use this cook for 'regular' sized shrimp or farm raised shrimp or shrimp that are NOT FROZEN.

The glass tray is used for this cook, zone 2 only, on the top level of your Brava.

To begin, download this custom cook to your Brava.

Preparation:

Coat zone 2 with a light coating of ghee. I typically use a silicone brush. If you don't have one, you can use a paper towel to spread the ghee..

Place a small amount of ghee in a bowl or cup. Add salt and pepper. Mix. Coat both sides of the frozen shrimp with the mixture. I typically use as silicone brush. If you don't have one, you can use a paper towel.

Place the shrimp in zone 2. They can extend a little bit out of the zone if necessary.

Place the tray on the top level, press START, Sit back and relax. When the cook is complete your Brava will alert you. This cook is relatively short, about 12 minutes.
