2 small sweet peppers, diced
1/2c red onion diced,
4 mushrooms diced
1 celery stalk diced
1 tsp olive oil
1. In medium bowl, toss together onion, mushroom,sweet peppers, 1 tsp olive oil
2. Place veggies in zones 1,2,3 of metal tray put it in top shelf.
3. Hit cook, [onions] [yellow onions][1/2"diced]
4. Press green button
5. Pause every 3 minutes, stir spread out over all zones cook another 3 minutes, repeat till cooking ends
6. let cool for 5 minutes,
7. Put veggies in large mixing bowl
8. Wipe tray clean
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp parsley minced
1 box stove top stuffing ,any flavor(I used pork)
1/2 c hot water mixed with 1/2 tsp better than bouillion italian herb flavor (or any flavor) , let cool
1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 eggs
1/4 tsp black ground pepper
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp Kinders caramelized onion butter seasoning (or omit)
1 c italian shredded cheese divided
15 baby potatoes, stabbed with a fork
15 brussel sprouts
1 tbsp olive oil, divided
seasonings of choice for each, potatoes and brussels
9. Mix meatloaf ingredients ( cooked veggies and all ingredients up to italian cheese, adding in 1/2 the cheese)
8. Mix well but lightly and shape into loaf and put in zone 2 of metal tray.
9. Toss baby potatoes with 1/2 tbsp olive oil and seasoning of choice. (I used Kinders parmesan,black garlic truffle seasoning)
10. Spread in zone 1 of metal tray
11. Toss brussel sprouts with 1/2 tbsp oil and seasoning of choice (I used Kinders parmesan,black garlic truffle seasoning.
12. Place brussels on zone 3 of metal tray.
place in bottom of oven
13. Hit search, type in meatloaf in search use recipe for one that says 'meatloaf' (1st recipe)
14. Hit green button
15. five minutes before it's done take out tray and top meatloaf with rest of cheese and put back in oven till cheese melts, can also top with ketchup or tomato sauce or pizza sauce or pasta sauce, or what ever sauce and then the cheese.
16. Remove tray let rest 5 min. Remove to serving platter and serve.
Note: not sure if I entered this correctly in the oven, but these are the steps I used.
