1 large egg
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
18 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup milk chocolate M&Ms

1. Preheat Brava to 350
2. Line square baking pan with foil, let foil rise up sides.
3. Spray foil with cooking spray
4. In large bowl, whisk egg, brown sugar, butter and vanilla.
5. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.
6. Fold in cookie pieces
7. Spread into prepared pan.
8. Sprinkle M&Ms on top
9. Bake for 25 minutes.
