Brava Chef George Duran
1 1-lb. pre-cooked polenta tube
2 Tblsp. vegetable oil
Remove packaging from polenta and cut into "steak fries". Place in bowl and mix with oil.
Place on Brava metal sheet pan and on top rack and press green button. Half way through the Brava will pause and ask you to flip the fries.
When done, salt generously and serve!
