CHICKEN Parts Bone-In with temp sensor

I modified the Brava Chicken Thigh Cook, which is one of my favorite Brava cooks to include the use of the temp sensor. I prefer to use the temp sensor when cooking chicken.

This cook only uses 1 zone, zone 2.
|
I have had great results with other bone-in chicken parts too.
|
Be sure to DEFROST your chicken overnight in your refrigerator,
|
Instructions:

Load the custom cook into your Brave, Key: KFT-THA-KLC
||
Spread ghee across Zone 2 of your METAL tray. Put a generous amount of ghee in the area where you plan to place your chicken.
|
Remove your chicken from you Refrigerator. Pat both sides dry using paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
|
Insert the temperature probe into the thickest part of a piece of chicken.
|
Place the chicken with the probe on the left side of the tray in zone 2, skin side down. If you are making multiple piece, spread them evenly across zone 2.

Slide the tray into the lower level of your Brava. Plug the sensor into the Brava.
|
Close the Brava door. Press the green start button.
|
When the cook is complete, ENJOY!
