Cinnamon-Apple Mini Pancake Muffins wide display
 

Guide Instructions

2 cups peeled, chopped apples (1/4" pieces, about 2 apples)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons brown sugar
few shakes of cinnamon
pinch of kosher salt
2 cups pancake mix
1 1/3 cups water
powdered sugar, for serving
butter, for serving
maple syrup, for serving

In medium bowl toss together apples, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Spread apple mixture in Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava metal tray. Slide tray into top shelf and press green button to begin cooking.
Meanwhile, in same bowl, whisk together pancake mix and water.
When your apples are done, transfer them to pancake batter; mix well.
Spray wells of egg pan with cooking spray. Fill each well about 3/4 full with batter. Slide egg pan into top shelf and press green button to begin cooking.
When your pancakes are done, transfer to plates, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with butter and maple syrup.

Makes about 12 mini pancake muffins. You can cut this recipe in half if you want!
