About this Custom Cook

Use medium sized potatoes. You can cook one or several. If you cook more than one, all the potatoes should be around the same size for best results.

Coat the interior of the square pan with a light coating of BRAVA made ghee. Spread the ghee evenly along all the surfaces of the pan with a paper towel.

Wash the potatoes, dry with paper towels, place the potatoes in a bowl, then coat the exterior of each potato with BRAVA made ghee and season generously with salt.

Using a fork, carefully poke a few holes in the top of each potato.

Insert the temperature probe into the largest potato from the long end. You want the tip of the temperature probe to be near the center/middle of the potato.

Place the potatoes in the square pan. The potato with the probe should be positioned in the center of the pan with the probe on the left side.

Insert the square pan into your Brava. Carefully attach the probe to the Brava. Close the door and press the START button.

Your Brava will alert you when the interior of the potato is about 205, which is the ideal temperature for baked potatoes. CAREFULLY disconnect the probe connector from your Brava and using a heat resistant glove, carefully remove the square pan.

Carefully remove the temperature probe from your potato. Let the potatoes rest for a few minutes and then enjoy!
