About this Custom Cook

Ingredients:

2 Tblsp. melted butter
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin spice mix
1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1 roll of crescent rolls or puff pastry dough

For glaze:

1/2 C. powdered confectioner's sugar
1 Tblsp. milk
1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice mix or cinnamon

Instructions:

Press the green button to pre-heat Brava.

Whisk first four ingredients in a small bowl and layout your dough on a flat surface. Pinch perforated areas if using crescent dough. Spread pumpkin mixture throughout the dough and roll from short end up. The dough will feel loose.

Cut into 6 even pieces and place in muffin pan. Place in top rack of Brava and press green button.

As it bakes, whisk all three ingredients for glaze. If it's not loose enough add a little more milk.

Once baked golden brown, allow to cool for about 5 minutes and drizzle glaze before serving.
