Need an excuse to eat fried chicken without all the calories? This recipes makes the best of a classic cereal favorite and the best sweetener that has ever existed: honey!

Ingredients:

1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 C. Corn Flakes Cereal, crushed
1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 egg, beaten
1 chicken breast, cut intro thing strips
2 Tblsp butter, melted
Honey

Directions:

Combine flour and salt in a shallow dish and place crushed Corn Flakes and beaten eggs in separate shallow dishes.

Use a pastry brush to brush melted butter throughout your Brava sheet pan.

Work in batches to cover each strip of chicken breast in flour, then egg and finally Corn Flakes. Place on sheet pan and dab more butter on top of each tender.

Place in Brava and press the green button. Once cooked liberally drizzle honey on top of each tender.

Serves 2.
