Delicious bite sized Bibimbap!
Fill zone 1 & 2 with pre-marinated bibimbap meat(I used Costco meat) and sliced shiitake mushrooms. Fill zone 3 with bean sprouts. Place on the bottom shelf and cook.
Prep muffin tin with 1/2 tablespoon of oil in each cup, then pack tightly with 1 inch of cooked rice, and use your finger to make a small well in the center.
When meat is finished cooking, remove from Brava and add the rice over zone 1 & 2 on the bottom shelf.
While the rice is cooking, prep the meat by slicing the cooked beef into small pieces.
Remove rice cups, and assemble with beef, mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Drizzle with gochuchang and garnish with pickled vegetable like carrots and daikon or kimchi.
Optionally, use final step of cook to make fried quail eggs in the muffin tin with a small pat of butter!
