1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup either cornstarch/potato starch/tapioca starch


1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1 1/2 teaspoons condensed milk

Candied Walnut:

1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup walnut halves


parsley leaves
toasted sesame seeds

Preparing the Candied Walnuts:

1) Add 1/4 cup honey to a sauce pan.

2) Set heat to medium high until it bubbles. Reduce heat to medium or medium low for 5-minutes to simmer and reduce by half.

3) Add walnuts and continue to reduce honey and coat all surfaces of the walnuts. This process will produce a candy shell on the walnuts. Transfer to a parchment paper to cool, making sure the walnuts are not touching.

Preparing the Shrimps

1) In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey and condensed milk and set aside.
2) Clean shrimp and pat dry.
3) Season shrimp with salt and pepper, to taste.
4) Add one beaten egg and mix well into the shrimp.
5) Coat the shrimp with either potato/corn/tapioca starch. Gently press starch onto shrimps.
6) Chill in fridge for 20-30 minutes.
7) Spray oil onto Glass Tray
8) Put shrimp onto the Glass Tray and spray them with oil.
9) Put Tray on top rack and press the Green Button.
10) When Brava notify you, flip shrimp over and press the Green Button.
11) When the cook is done remove shrimp and in the large bowl, combine shrimp and mayo/honey glaze.
12) Mix in walnuts and sprinkle in sesame seeds and parsley

Serve immediately
