Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 cup 2% milk
• 2 tsp white vinegar
• 1 1⁄2 tsp Epicureā„¢ Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix

• 2 lbs (900g) lean ground beef
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 1 pkg Epicureā„¢ Donair Seasoning

• 10 whole-wheat pitas
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 1⁄2 English cucumber, sliced
• 1⁄2 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1⁄2 head romaine or leafy green lettuce

Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, sugar, white vinegar, and Epicureā„¢ Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix.
2. Reserve in a small bowl, cover, and store in the fridge.
3. Press the green button to start rapid preheat.
4. In a large bowl, combine Epicureā„¢ Donair Seasoning with beef and water until well blended.
5. Transfer beef mixture to loaf pan
and press using the spatula to remove any air bubbles.
6. Place the loaf pan on the top shelf and press the green button.
7. To serve, thinly slice meat. Serve on pita with prepared sauce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and lettuce.

ThermomixĀ® Directions:
1. To ThermomixĀ® mixing bowl, add 30g sugar and mill 10 sec/speed 10.
2. To ThermomixĀ® mixing bowl, add 120g mayonnaise, 60g 2% milk, 6g white vinegar, 5g Epicureā„¢ Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix and mix 10 sec/speed 5.
3. Scrape sides of ThermomixĀ® mixing bowl using the spatula and mix 10 sec/speed 4.
4. Reserve in a small bowl, cover, and store in the fridge.
5. Press the green button to start rapid preheat.
6. Clean ThermomixĀ® mixing bowl (add 1L water, drop of dish soap, 10 sec/speed 10, rinse).
7. To ThermomixĀ® mixing bowl, add 900g ground beef, 60g water, 1pkg Epicureā„¢ Donair Seasoning, and mix 60 sec/reverse/speed 4.
8. Transfer beef mixture to loaf pan.
