About this Custom Cook
-1 lb of Ground Pork
-Dried shrimp small from Asian market- l1 teaspoon (soak with water for 1 hour) and then dice
-Chinese dried vegetables, preserved mustard green, 3 stalks at three inch in length (rinse and soak for 1 hr then dice. Then sauté to get flavor out) or salty egg (mince egg white and mix with ground pork and put yolk on top center)
-corn starch, 2 metal spoonful.
-dark soy sauce-1 metal spoonful
-Chinese cooking wine
-1 metal spoon of sesame oil
-grind some ginger to get a half a spoon of ginger juice to mix in to the ground pork. Cut some slices of ginger and place on surface of the patty.
-Place a riser in the square pan and put 1.5-2 cups of water.
-Put the metal pan with the pork on top of the riser.
-Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
-Slide into the Brava on top rail and then click go to start
Takes about 24 min to cook. Use cooking thermometer to make sure internal is 165 degrees F.
