About this Custom Cook

1/2 Whole Chicken
Spray on oil (canola, peanut, olive...)

1/2 cup Heavy Cream or buttermilk
1/4 cup greek yogurt

Basic Flour Dredge:
1.5 cups ap flour
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp dried mustard

1) Cut up a whole chicken into individual breasts, thighs, wings, and drumsticks
2) Soak the cut-up chicken in the heavy cream and yogurt mixture for 4 hours - 2 days, covered and in the fridge
3) Prepare the flour dredge mixture when ready to cook. feel free to add any extra spices if you'd like (cayenne pepper, cloves, chipotle...)
4) Dip the chicken in the dredge, make sure to dredge all the nooks and crannies
5) Spray a thin layer of oil on the Glass tray and then lay chicken (covered in the flour mixture) on top
6) Spray oil on top and sides of the chicken pieces, 1-2 seconds per piece of chicken
7) Place Glass tray on the bottom shelf and begin cook
