About this Custom Cook

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
Pecan halves

Preheat Brava to 375 degrees.
In large bowl, mix all ingredients at lower speed, scraping sides of bowl until well mixed.
Shape into 1 inch balls and roll bolls in cinnamon/sugar mixture (see below)
Place 2 inches apart on metal brava tray.
Press pecan half in center of ball.
Bake for 10 minutes.

Sugar Mixture:
1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon
