Peel and slice 2 small mangos
Dice one small onion
4 cloves garlic
1 habanero and 1 serrano cut into rounds
20-30 cherry tomatoes
Spread evenly on metal tray and drizzle with olive oil. Place on top rack and run the program.
Remove from oven, dump all ingredients and liquid into a blender. Add juice from 1 lime, 1 small orange, a small bunch of cilantro with stems, and salt to taste. Pulse blender until salsa reaches desired consistency. Place in refrigerator to let the flavors come together.
