About this Recipe
This classic combination is simple but delicious: just a splash of apple cider vinegar and a pinch of black pepper are added to bring out the flavor of the bacon and brussels sprouts. This would be the perfect side dish for a holiday meal, but would also be great to serve year-round! Brava Chef Erin recommends making this recipe with thick-cut bacon, but feel free to use thin-cut bacon if that’s what you have on hand.
