3-4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced or finely chopped
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
1 cup flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
¼ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

½teaspoon kosher salt
⅓cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Combine garlic, sherry vinegar, kosher salt, parsley, cilantro, olive oil, black pepper and red pepper flakes in a small bowl; stir well.
- Pro tip: you can prep everything except the sherry vinegar up to 2 days in advance.
