Now you can make crisp, crunchy tostadas in 7 minutes that use WAY less oil than deep-fried versions!!! Tostadas are the base for huevos rancheros, ceviche and other traditional Mexican recipes. Cut the tortillas into triangles and you can even use this recipe to make homemade tortilla chips! I used frozen tortillas, so if you use fresh you may want to decrease the time slightly. It's always good to watch during the last few minutes the first time you make this recipe. Each tortilla brand will cook slightly differently. It's fine to use this recipe for fewer than 4 tortillas, but you may want to reduce the time slightly.

4 corn tortillas
vegetable oil
kosher salt

1. Brush both sides of corn tortillas with vegetable oil.
2. Sprinkle with salt
3. Place tortillas in Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava metal tray.
4. Slide metal tray into top shelf and press green button to begin cooking.
