For the batter:
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon oil or melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
pinch of salt
Throw all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
In a well greased square pan, add 1/3 cup of batter, and tilt pan until batter coats entire pan in a thin coat.
Put pan in brava and run the program.
Use a rubber spatula to gently release the crepe from the pan, then roll it up with your favorite fixing!
