About this Custom Cook

Adapted from https://www.seriouseats.com/spicy-spring-sicilian-pizza-recipe

I used store-bought items to make this and the Brava square pan. The dough was premade at Safeway and came in a 16oz bag. That amount was plenty for the recipe, although I suppose you could add more or less depending on your preference.

Ingredients
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
16oz premade pizza dough
8-9 slices of deli-style mozzarella cheese
grated Romano cheese
pizza sauce
pepperoni or other toppings

Equipment
Brava Square Pan

Instructions
1. Add about a half tbsp. of olive oil to the square pan and spread it around.
2. Add dough to the pan, stretch it out a bit, and cover it in the oil. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and let rest for 2-3 hours.
3. Stretch dough beyond the edges of the pan and then let it settle.
4. Tile mozzarella slices (I used 8-9 in total) to cover the dough in the pan. This step should help push some of the dough to the outermost edges/corners of the pan.
5. Add sauce, however much you prefer, or if you're unsure, just enough to spoon a layer of red on the cheese is probably okay.
6. Add pepperoni or other toppings.
7. Add grated Romano.
8. Put the Square Pan into the upper level of the Brava.
