The Role:

We are seeking friendly, driven, and knowledgeable retail specialists to work part-time at our first ever showroom in Palo Alto! Our ideal candidate is excited about food, technology, emerging trends, and exceptional customer service.



  • Greet guests as they enter the showroom, offer guidance and support, and ensure they always feel welcome

  • Understand who our guests are, listen carefully to learn what brought them to Brava, and discover their intent and timeline to purchase

  • Educate and excite guests, answer their questions, and provide a tailored experience about how Brava can make home their favorite place to eat

  • Connect with guests and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting guest contact information, scheduling product demos, and building strong relationships

  • Communicate with the Store Manager about sales goals, store issues, and ideas

  • Ensure showroom is consistently clean and organized

  • Assist with set-up and execution of events

  • Assist with food ordering and handling



  • Positive, friendly, and passionate about Brava, food, lifestyle, and technology

  • Ability to effectively communicate and connect with various personality types

  • Entrepreneurial, detail oriented, and calm under pressure

  • Strong sense of team mentality and reliability

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.) a plus

  • High school graduate
