A few important tips to know once you receive your system:
1. Please be sure to read the instruction manual, located
on the CD ROM, completely before using the system (this has the most
up to date information)
2. You will be receiving Domes to begin using the Brava System.
When the system arrives, you will see that the domes appear larger
than your breasts and larger than your normal bra size. Do not be alarmed;
this is normal and the correct size. The Brava System holds 11 patents on
its design. Your breasts will be drawn forward toward the inside of the
domes when you connect the SmartBox. You can actually see that they seem to
inflate under the gentle pressure inside the domes once the SmartBox is
connected. Once you see that your breasts are starting to touch the
inside of the domes or see that you have worn the initial set of domes out, you
will need to re-order a new set of domes.
3. Domes retail for $245.00 a pair plus shipping (pricing subject to change
without notice). You will be able to
re-order by contacting Brava Customer Service. Please be sure to have your UIN
number (unique ID number of your SmartBox) ready when you call. You can order
up to three (3) consecutive dome sizes after your initial order!
4. Caring for your skin while using the Brava System is essential. We
recommend using the Brava Skin Care Products. You will be receiving a body
cleanser & a body lotion with your kit. Be sure to clean the chest area and
pat dry before applying the domes each day. You should also wash the domes daily -
DO NOT WET CLEAN THE SMARTBOX - Please use the dry filters that are inside your
system. Another product that we have placed a few free samples
inside your kit, that we recommend using is the Smith & Nephew - No-Sting
Skin Prep Wipes. You apply these in a circular pattern to the area where the
domes come in contact with your skin. Wipe on, allow to dry, place the domes on

Can you explain what you mean by “refurbished” systems?
We are the actual company; Brava, LLC, and we are offering our Starter Systems
at substantial savings to our customers on Ebay. Please note
that either the SmartBox or the cradle is refurbished in
these systems. The SmartBox or cradle did not pass all the quality
control tests at the production line, and were put aside for further
testing. Then, each unit is carefully serviced, tested, recalibrated,
reprogrammed, and tested again by our highly qualified technicians. They are
guaranteed to work as well as our other new systems. We offer
these refurbished systems as an option to our customers at a lower
initial cost. The system comes with a 30-day warranty on both the domes

What if it seems that I may be too large for the system?

With the information that you sent to us (33", 37". large weight
loss, 38.5", 36C bra), you would start in a Wide Large Dome with an Extra
Large bra.
A note of caution, we would encourage you to re-measure your
measurement #5 to ensure that you are no larger than that measurement. You are
right on the borderline -
With the information that you sent, you may outgrow the Wide Large domes in a
few weeks time. You will then need to purchase the next size domes for $245.00
plus shipping & handling.

You
must do this via E-bay, we cannot help you retract a bid. Here is the process

How do I determine my size?

To help you determine the correct starting size of a Brava System there
are a few questions that we need to know:
1. Measure your chest circumference just under your breast (inframammary) and
around your back (in inches)
2. Measure chest circumference right at the nipple level in inches
3. Have you had any children? How many?
4. Have you had a weight loss more than 20 lbs?
5. If yes to question 3 or 4, measure your chest circumference again right at
the nipple level (in inches) while bent over parallel to the floor (a 90 degree
angle - with gravity pulling breast tissue toward the floor).

When
you are taking the measurements, please make sure that the measuring tape is
not too tight or too loose. Make sure that the tape makes good contact over
your skin, and it should be at the same level all around your body (in other words,
it should be straight, not drooping around the your back). It is a good
idea to take the measurements when there is approximately same amount of air in
your lungs: take a deep breath before measuring, start exhaling, and in the mid
point (i.e. when you are halfway to totally emptying your lungs) take the
measurement.

I heard about Skin breakdown after using Brava
and can you use it if you had your implants removed?
Thank you for your purchase of the Brava Starter System. Please
be sure to read the instructional manual prior to use. This is very important!
There are some women who early on used the system and did not
follow the instructions on its use. - To let you know, the Brava System should
never hurt. If you ever experience any pain, remove the system immediately.
Some past users continued to use the system after they started
getting skin irritation. After continued use, they developed skin breakdown. To
avoid any problems, we suggest using the Brava Skin Care Products daily. Good
hygiene is key to a successful outcome. 1. Use the skin cleanser and rinse area
- pat dry prior to use 2. Use the No-Sting Skin Prep wipes in a circular
pattern where the domes come in contact with the skin - let dry - then place
domes on 3. After removal of the domes, clean breast area, apply Skin lotion to
the area to soothe the skin 4. Clean your domes daily with the Brava Dome
Cleanser

There have been no formal studies showing any positive or
negative effect conducted by Brava, LLC on the use of the Brava System after
implant removal. Some individual physicians have noted a positive effect with
