The role:

As a Business Analyst, you will conduct analysis and drive insights relating to all areas of our business, working closely with leaders across the company to answer complex questions and steer Brava’s long term strategy. You will be involved in many aspects of Brava’s business operations including business development, financial analysis, partnership management and strategic and operational projects. This role reports directly to the Head of Business Strategy & Operations.


Things you’ll own/do:

  • Work collaboratively with all functions on the highest priority initiatives

  • Build and own analytical models to answer strategic questions

  • Evaluate strategic, operational and financial implications of different courses of action

  • Drive market, competitor and collaborator research and share learnings

  • Shape Brava’s long term strategy

  • Work closely with Business Intelligence team to understand key business metrics and support complex analysis

  • Craft communications for key internal and external stakeholders


Our ideal candidate has:

  • 2-3 years of analytical business experience (management consulting, investment banking, private equity or equivalent) 

  • Advanced Excel and presentation skills

  • Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial mind-set, with ability to work independently and under pressure

  • BA/BS degree from a top university; MBA a plus but not required

  • Bonus: competency with querying languages like SQL


Bonus points for:

  • Experience in the food & wine industries

  • A background in the sciences or engineering, traditional or food-related
